Sample Pro Tips From Your Report
Stress
Your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight. Five minutes of physiological sighing before bed can shift your HRV by 10-15% in two weeks.
Sleep
Five hours isn't a flex. It's a liability. Dropping your room to 18.5°C and cutting screens 45 minutes before bed is the lowest-hanging fruit here.
Most founders score between 40 and 55. The ones who take action close the gap in 4 weeks.

Most coaches count reps and sets. That's cute. I count whether your stoke tank is full. Because here's the thing nobody in this industry wants to say out loud: emotions drive performance more than any program ever will.
Quick story. Four weeks before a World Championship, I got dropped from my national team. Boom. Just like that. I went from the fittest I'd ever been to literally not being able to make warm-up times. And look, you don't lose your fitness overnight. That's not how biology works. What I lost was something deeper. I grew up with Eastern European parents where stress was basically a swear word. You don't talk about it. You don't acknowledge it. You just push through and eat more cabbage rolls. So when it hit me, I had zero tools to deal with it. Couldn't swim. Couldn't think. Couldn't do anything except question everything.
That moment broke me. But it also taught me the most important lesson of my career. The body doesn't lie. Stress isn't weakness. It's biology. And if you ignore it, it will absolutely wreck your performance. So now I coach the way I wish someone had coached me. As the S&C Coach for the Australian Men's Water Polo Team, I've prepared athletes for the Paris 2024 Olympics, World Championships, and the World Cup. But honestly? The work that fires me up most isn't the gym stuff. It's watching someone go from running on empty to actually showing up fully. For an athlete, that's competing at their peak. For a CEO, that's having energy to wrestle their kids at 6pm instead of collapsing on the couch.
I started Otion to take this beyond sport. Olympic-level coaching for executives and organisations. Because the biology of performance doesn't care if you're in a pool or a boardroom. Look, I'm just a guy trying to win Dad of the Year. I selfishly love helping people because it fills my own stoke tank. And oh yeah, I also happen to know how to coach Olympians. Niiice.

Dad of the Year
Built on real experience. Some of it painful. All of it useful.
Australian Men's Water Polo Team
The gig that sounds impressive at dinner parties. Preparing athletes for Paris 2024, World Championships, and the LA 2028 pathway. Building performance systems that actually work. Not just spreadsheets that look good.
Otion, Corporate Health & Performance
Took everything I learned coaching Olympians and brought it to the boardroom. Helping CEOs and leaders stop treating their body like it's optional. Turns out executives and athletes break down in the exact same ways.
TRX Training Sydney
Opened the first licensed TRX studio outside the United States. Yes, outside the entire United States. In Sydney. Where the spiders are bigger than the dumbbells.
Trigger Point Performance
Certified master trainer in myofascial compression. Basically I know exactly where it hurts and I'm going to press on it anyway. You'll thank me later.
ViPR
Loaded movement training for functional performance. Before "functional training" became something every Instagram influencer claims to do.
New Zealand Men's Water Polo
The chapter where I learned everything the hard way. Competed internationally, got dropped before a World Championship, couldn't swim for weeks, and accidentally discovered that stress is real. Great times. Would not recommend.
No generic templates. No motivational fluff. Just stuff that works.

You run a company. You make decisions that affect hundreds of people. And you're operating on 5 hours of sleep, three espressos, and whatever your assistant put in front of you for lunch. Let's fix that. Every program is built around your actual life. Not some cookie-cutter template from a guy who's never had a real job.
What actually happens
Actually having energy after 3pm instead of mainlining caffeine
Measurable gains in HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep quality within 8 weeks
A performance routine that compounds over months. Not one that burns out in weeks like your last gym phase
The same evidence-based programming used to prepare Olympic athletes. Not the Instagram version of "athlete training" where someone does box jumps in slow motion. This goes beyond conventional gym work into eye training, breathwork, and movement patterning. The stuff that actually separates good from great.
What actually happens
Reduced injury risk through periodised training and recovery protocols that respect biology
Faster recovery between sessions using data, not vibes
Performance gains that transfer to competition. Not just looking good in the mirror
Through Otion, I bring Olympic-level systems to organisations. Because your leadership team is burning out and the annual wellness webinar isn't cutting it. This is for companies that are done with motivational posters and ready for actual protocols.
What actually happens
Practical protocols your team can apply immediately. Sleep, recovery, movement, nutrition. The real stuff
Reduced absenteeism and improved cognitive performance across the organisation
A measurable shift in how your team manages energy, not just time. Time management is a scam if you have no energy to manage
Australia crosses more time zones than any other competing nation. I coach the team that flies the furthest and still has to perform on arrival. So yeah, I've figured out jet lag. This is the exact system used by the Australian Olympic Team. Not a blog post. Not a podcast tip. The actual system.
What actually happens
Arrive ready to perform. Not spending 3 days as a zombie wondering what time zone you're in
Light exposure timing, sleep shifting, meal scheduling, and supplement strategies that actually work
The exact protocols used for Paris 2024. Tested on real Olympians, not lab rats
No fluff. No gimmicks. Just real, data-driven health and performance insights.
